BEFORE ARRIVAL
- Send photos of documents (front and back) of all guests for registration at police headquarters (WhatsApp or e-mail) and receive the access code the day before arrival.
- Send a confirmation message one day before arrival so we can give more information about the arrival.
ON ARRIVAL
The car can enter the courtyard for the time necessary for loading/unloading, then it must be parked outside.
ON DEPARTURE
- Payment in cash of the tourist tax of 1€ per person per day to be left on the table.
DAMAGE
By accepting the terms and conditions, the campsite informs you that in the next 10 days after the end of the stay, in the event of any damage or shortage created by the guests in the absence of events due to the normal use of the facility during the stay, it reserves the right to charge the costs of such damage or shortage for the full amount that will be determined after the end of the stay, which will be fully borne by the customer.
TO KNOW
- In case of necessity, the property reserves the right to enter the flat with prior notice (e.g. broken pipes, noise/odours…).
FLAT GUIDELINES
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the flat
- Quiet hours in accordance with the house rules: 14.00-16.00 and 22.30-08.00.
- You will be given a set of keys. If a second set of keys is required, please inform us in advance.
- The flat has an electrical power of 3 kW. Please do not use large electrical appliances (hotplate, oven, hair dryer, induction hob ….) at the same time, otherwise the power could go out.
- Please respect the separate collection of waste.
KITCHEN and DISHES
- Leave the kitchen tidy, the refrigerator empty and the dishes washed.
PETS
- Pets are allowed, subject to prior notification. Of course they must be used to being in the house.
- Dogs: bring your own bowls/covers. If necessary, please inform us in advance so that we can find them in the flat. Dogs are only allowed to relieve themselves outside the apartment building property – there are many places nearby where our friends can walk.
- Cats: bring everything you need.
- Leave the house clean of hair.
