The 2-seater sofa converts into a large bed for 1 person. Towels and bed linen are included.

The house is perfectly connected to the city centre by tram and metro.

Padel courts within walking distance. The Parco Nord where you can run in the green, ride a bike or simply have an aperitif is 1 km away.

The hotel offers an airport shuttle service for a fee.

DAMAGES
By accepting the terms and conditions the property informs that in the next 10 days of the end of the stay in the face of any damage or shortage created by the guests in the absence of events due to normal use of the property during the stay it reserves the right to charge the costs of such damage or shortage for the full amount that will be determined after the end of the stay completely borne by the client.

TO KNOW

  • If necessary, the property reserves the right to enter the flat with prior notice (e.g. broken pipe, noise/odours)

FLAT GUIDELINES

  • Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the flat.
  • Quiet times as stipulated in the building regulations: 14.00-16.00 and 22.30-08.00.
  • You will be given a set of keys. If a second set is needed, please inform us in advance.
  • The flat has an electrical power of 3 kW. Please do not use large electrical appliances (hotplate, oven, hair dryer, induction hob…) at the same time, otherwise the power could be cut off.
  • Separate waste collection.

KITCHEN and DISHES

  • Leave the kitchen tidy, the refrigerator empty and the dishes washed.

PETS

  • Pets are allowed, subject to prior notice. Of course they must be used to being in the house.
  • Dogs: bring your own bowls/covers. If necessary, please inform us in advance so that they can be found in the flat. Dogs may only be allowed to relieve themselves outside the apartment building’s property – there are plenty of places for our friends to walk nearby.
  • Cat: bring everything you need.
  • Leave the house clean of hair.
